We are looking for an experienced and talented Client Engagement Manager to join the Gafcon Digital team.
Client Engagement Manager: Gafcon Digital provides exceptional value in the delivery of digital building lifecycle services (digital twin), and packaged service solutions to our clients. The Client Engagement Manager serves a key role and the primary point of contact for Gafcon Digital clients and stakeholders. With a focus on business development, the Client Engagement Manager will identify the needs of clients and provide outstanding service while adhering to Gafcon Digital core values and standards. With clients, the Client Engagement Manager will build trust, confidence, and rapport while assessing and addressing their needs. The Client Engagement Manager will ensure successful delivery of programs with our clients, including providing leadership and direction throughout the sales process and planning, management, and account development post-sale.
